The Approach
We took a customer-focused approach, aiming to design a site that is clean, professional, and optimized for lead generation. The goal was to create a platform that clearly showcases services while making it easy for visitors to request a quote or contact the company.
1. Strategic Information Hierarchy & CTAs
We structured the homepage to immediately offer a “Get a Quote” CTA in the header and hero section, followed by a concise overview of services. This ensures visitors understand what’s offered and can take action within seconds—improving lead conversion.
2. User-Friendly Quote Experience
The contact form was designed with progressive disclosure: it starts with minimal visible fields (name, email, phone) and reveals additional details (move size, vehicle) as needed. This simplifies the initial user experience while still capturing complete quote information.
3. Performance & Trust Optimization
The site uses optimized assets and clean code for fast loading, especially important for mobile users. Service pages include click-to-call functionality, relocation stats, and reassurance messaging (“Always On Time,” “Flat Rate Fees”) to build confidence and deliver a streamlined, trustworthy experience.
