



MTE Cleaning needed a site that felt trustworthy, professional, and true to their brand, while making it easy for prospects to explore services and get in touch quickly. The primary goal was to prioritize their main cleaning services without overwhelming users, while maintaining a cohesive look and feel based on their branding guidelines. Another key requirement was creating a user-friendly contact path, capable of capturing leads through both click-to-call and a contact form. All of this needed to work seamlessly on mobile, where most local service inquiries originate.



We took a user-centered approach, aiming to blend clean aesthetics with practical functionality. The goal was to create a site that’s both visually appealing and easy to navigate.
We developed a coherent visual system—using MTE’s brand colors, fonts, and UI elements—so the site delivers a consistent brand experience across pages and devices. This ensures the site feels like an extension of their offline identity, reinforcing reliability and professionalism.
Services were prominently featured with clear layout and hierarchy, enabling visitors to immediately find what they need—whether childcare cleaning, aged care, commercial, or residential. Each service section includes a quick “Book Now” or “Get in Touch” CTA, reducing friction and guiding users straight to the contact form or phone.
The contact form was built for usability—mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and simple to fill. Direct click-to-call buttons make it easy for visitors to reach out instantly. The form captures key lead information and encourages swift response, while contact details (phone numbers, email) stay visible across the site for trust and convenience.
