We took a user-centered approach, aiming to blend clean aesthetics with practical functionality. The goal was to create a site that’s both visually appealing and easy to navigate.

We developed a coherent visual system—using MTE’s brand colors, fonts, and UI elements—so the site delivers a consistent brand experience across pages and devices. This ensures the site feels like an extension of their offline identity, reinforcing reliability and professionalism.
2. Service-Oriented UX
Services were prominently featured with clear layout and hierarchy, enabling visitors to immediately find what they need—whether childcare cleaning, aged care, commercial, or residential. Each service section includes a quick “Book Now” or “Get in Touch” CTA, reducing friction and guiding users straight to the contact form or phone.
3. Optimized Lead Generation & Responsiveness
The contact form was built for usability—mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and simple to fill. Direct click-to-call buttons make it easy for visitors to reach out instantly. The form captures key lead information and encourages swift response, while contact details (phone numbers, email) stay visible across the site for trust and convenience.
